Curious about what’s really going on with bees across the country? Our April meeting is your chance to connect with local beekeepers and hear an eye-opening talk on the state of beekeeping in America. Whether you keep a few hives in your backyard or are just getting started, this is a topic every beekeeper should understand.

What’s on the Agenda?

  • Chapter announcements and updates
  • Guest speaker Usher Gay will present “The State of Beekeeping in America”
  • Learn what the latest national Bee Census reveals about colony loss, varroa mites, pesticide impact, and more
  • Discussion on how these issues affect both commercial and backyard beekeepers—and what’s being done to protect pollinators
